Credits provide transparent pay-per-use billing: Signatures (MitID personal, MitID business, OK-button, touch, hidden approver) cost 1 credit. MitID identity verification (KvikID KYC lookup) costs 0.25 credits per verification. SMS notifications cost 0.1 credit per SMS. Confidential file transfer (KvikSend) costs 1 credit, and digital forms (KvikForm) cost 1 credit.
Is there any contract lock-in or notice period?
No, all KvikSign subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no long-term lock-in.
What happens if we exceed our included monthly credits?
You can simply continue sending documents without interruption. Extra credits are billed automatically at low fixed overage rates (7-10 DKK/credit).
